You never know who you’ll bump into, so be ready with a brief, compelling introduction that sums up who you are and what you’re looking for. This is where your goals come in! Whether it’s “I’m exploring facial lines”, “I’m here to discover new trends for our spa expansion,” “I’m seeking add-on treatments and retail products”, a solid pitch ensures you stand out and make the most of every interaction and that you can kindly move on if something isn’t in alignment with your goals.
Prepare your exit line for conversations that aren't aligned with your goals. For example: “Thank you so much, that’s not currently in alignment with our 2025 goals, but I’ll keep you in mind.” This way, you can gracefully pivot while maintaining positive connections.

For treatment experiences - pre-book those early. Our luxury-style demos are performed at the spa (in most cases) where national trainers are flown in from around the world to share the best in spa and wellness with you. They always sell out and always book up early. Please plan early and share your request for treatments early.

Events are a goldmine for networking. Approach every conversation as an opportunity to connect, not just to transact. Introduce yourself, ask thoughtful questions, and be genuinely open to building relationships. 📝 Take Notes
With so much going on, it’s easy to forget key details.
