We designed SPARK Innovation Summit to be solely focused on growing your business as a spa leader and entrepreneur, networking and connection and personal growth.. Therefore, we are not going to be teaching any technical aesthetic or massage classes, all the workshops are going to be business and personal growth based. This is unlike any other spa conference out there! You will walk away feeling inspired and ready to take your business to the next level.

Our summit agenda is a full schedule. Although we do have several hours set aside for an included excursion. To explore more, feel free to come into Aruba early or make arrangements to stay later if you plan on wanting to explore outside of the summit agenda and timeline. You will be responsible for your own accommodations and activities should you plan to come in earlier or stay later than what the summit timeline covers. No, you can not secure your own accommodations. We have negotiated a sensational contract that does not allow for off-property and off-group rates. If you wish to be a part of Spark, you must book through our link. No exceptions.

No, all ticket purchases and payments are non-refundable, but you are able to transfer your ticket to a qualified attendee within 48 hours of the summit starting due to an emergency.

Yes! We will have vegetarian and vegan options as well as others! If you have any type of dietary restriction, just let us know when you are registering and we'll make sure to get you covered.

We want you to be able to fully connect with the other attendees and completely focus on education and relaxation without any outside distractions. Think of this as a time dedicated for you and your business! We ask that you leave children and pets at home. However, we do welcome spouses for social activities. Please refer to the registration page for souse attendee rate. 

We highly recommend you bring an additional bag or luggage to carry-on or check in.

Yes, you need a passport and it must be valid six months beyond the date that you exit the United States. If your passport expires within that time frame, you should renew it.

No, you do not need to take a COVID test.

Yes, water in Aruba is safe to drink. Aruba's tap water is pure and refreshing, meeting the highest standards of quality of the World Health Organization. Since Aruba does not have any significant natural sources of freshwater, the water is distilled in a saltwater desalination plant.

Aruba accepts U.S. dollars and Aruba Florin. Most Arubans speak English and Spanish. The official language of Aruba is Dutch and the local language of Papiamento.

You’ll find a queue of officially certified and trustworthy taxi service providers outside the arrival terminal. Taxis in Aruba do not have meters; rates are fixed and should be approximately $20. Approximate drive time 5 minutes. YOU DO NOT NEED TO RENT A CAR! THE AIRPORT IS 10 MIN AWAY.

Yes, but only during our activities. 

If you’re doing all inclusive and don’t plan on straying very far from your resort, this one doesn’t apply to you (the hotels on the island do an incredible job with pest control) but if you’re going to explore the island you should definitely pack some insect repellant.

No, a 15% gratuity is already included in your all inclusive stay rate. If you want to leave an ADDITIONAL tip, you can, but this is NOT mandatory.
