Plan to stay the entire day there to take advantage of all the amenities. Try the Quartz Bed massage treatment, it’s like your being enveloped in warm sand (without it sticking to you) and you melt into relaxation). If you haven’t tried cold plunge make sure you catch that and it’s included!

Mineral Hot Springs are good for you! The minerals have been shown to increase circulation, soothe skin conditions, reduce inflammation and release tight muscles. Soaking in the individual hot baths may increase feelings of relaxation and well-being.

The hot spring water will be sourced directly from the underground Agua Caliente Hot Mineral Spring (called “Séc-he” in the Cahuilla language), which last saw the earth's surface more than 12,000 years ago, and has a unique mineral composition.

Unlike other natural sources of geothermal energy, which typically make their way to the surface through fissures created by seismic activity, Séc-he travels up a unique, natural pipeline, absorbing minerals such as calcium, magnesium and sodium on its 1.5-mile journey and cooling to about 105 degrees as it reaches the desert floor.
