Circadia approaches acne as a system problem, not a single-ingredient problem. Breakout-prone skin tends to overproduce sebum, accumulate surface congestion faster than normal skin can clear it, and react to conventional stripping treatments with additional inflammation that makes the situation worse. The Acne Regimen Bundle was built around that understanding, using four products that address different phases of the acne cycle simultaneously.

Cleansing Gel with Mandelic Acid is the routine's foundation. Mandelic acid is an alpha-hydroxy acid derived from bitter almonds with a larger molecular structure than glycolic acid, which means it penetrates more slowly and more evenly, making it better tolerated on active, inflamed skin. It dissolves the bonds between dead skin cells that clog pores, exfoliates the surface to prevent new congestion from forming, and has additional antimicrobial properties that make it specifically effective against the bacteria involved in acne. It also reduces the appearance of post-acne hyperpigmentation with consistent use.

White Willow & Juniper Clearing Mist is used after cleansing and throughout the day whenever skin feels oily or congested. White willow bark is a natural source of salicylic acid-related compounds that support pore refinement and help reduce the appearance of oiliness in the T-zone. Juniper provides additional clarifying and antimicrobial support. Used as a mid-day refresh, it actively addresses sebum buildup between cleansing steps rather than letting it accumulate.

Spot Stop is Circadia's targeted blemish treatment: applied directly to active spots to reduce the visible signs of irritation, soothe the skin around the blemish, and cool the area. Used as needed throughout the day as blemishes emerge.

Daytime Control is the regimen's AM and PM moisturizer, formulated specifically to hydrate without adding to the oil load that triggers breakouts. It supports barrier function while managing sebum production in the T-zone.

Throughout the day:
• Reapply White Willow & Juniper Clearing Mist to reduce oiliness and blemishes as needed.
