Diffuse in Essential Oil Diffuser

• Mix into carrier oil at a 1% dilution rate and apply to skin for topical application.
• 1% dilution is 5-6 drops per ounce of carrier oil (unscented lotion, coconut oil, grapeseed oil, jojoba oil, etc.)
