APPLICATION:
• Apply eyebrow mousse to clean, dry brows. Serums, face moisturizers, etc. can compromise the mousse's hold.
• Wipe off the brush’s excess formula onto the mouth of the bottle.
• Gently sweep the brush across the brow in short strokes, like a brow mascara. On this first pass, focus on an even application to enhance the color of your brows.
• Once your brows are colored in, focus on your brow’s shape and volume. Fill in sparse areas. Sweep the hairs towards your desired brow shape.
