• No app or phone required.
• Tap to select your compression pressure (25, 50, 75, or 100 mmHg) and your session duration (20, 40, or 60 minutes, or continuous mode for an open-ended session).
• Hit play and let the four-chamber system cycle through sequential compression from your feet upward.
• Use them post-workout to accelerate recovery, the evening before a big event to prep fresh legs, or during travel to combat the heavy, sluggish feeling that comes from sitting too long.

Start your first few sessions at 50 mmHg for 20 minutes and work your way up. The 100 mmHg setting is powerful and can feel intense if you're new to compression therapy.
