• To relax tired legs, use warm water.
• To relax and detoxify, especially after exercise, use lukewarm to cool water.
Shower:
• Put a capful of Phyto-Bain on a damp glove.
• To reinforce the effectiveness of Phyto-Bain, rub in the bath or shower with a loofah glove or sisal shower gel.
Important: avoid contact with eyes - do not swallow
