The One Step Peel was formulated to bring clinical-level results into a twice-daily routine, without the recovery period, without the appointment, and without the single-mechanism limitation of most at-home acid products.

Glycolic Acid provides the primary resurfacing action, dissolving the bonds between dead surface cells and accelerating their shedding to reveal fresher, more refined texture beneath. Lactic Acid adds complementary exfoliation with additional humectant hydration, leaving the skin smooth rather than stripped. Together they address the dead cell buildup that makes pores appear enlarged, tone look flat, and surface texture feel rough.

Niacinamide works in parallel to strengthen the barrier, reduce redness, minimize the appearance of pores, and inhibit melanin transfer, amplifying the brightening effect of the exfoliation rather than leaving the skin vulnerable after resurfacing. Arbutin and Tranexamic Acid add two additional melanin-inhibiting mechanisms, targeting both tyrosinase activity and the oxidative processes that lead to post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and uneven tone.

Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, a peptide studied for its muscle-relaxing and wrinkle-smoothing properties, brings a targeted anti-aging dimension. Artemisia Capillaris Extract and Sugar Maple Extract contribute botanical antioxidant support and additional brightening activity.

The formula is also recommended as a restoring treatment following cosmetic procedures, making it a practical option for post-treatment skin management.
