How To Use Steps
Bath Night Ritual:
• Fill your tub with warm water and add the Fizzy Bath Soak under running water. Allow to dissolve fully.
• Step in and soak for a minimum of 15 to 20 minutes. Breathe deeply and resist screens during this time.
• After your bath, gently pat skin dry and apply the Smoothing Body Lotion while skin is still slightly warm.
• Put on the Soft Sleep Mask once in bed to block light and deepen the wind-down signal.
Shower Night Ritual:
• Place the Shower Steamer on the floor of your shower, out of direct water stream.
• Wash with the Creamy Body Wash, breathe in the lavender and mint steam as the steamer activates.
• After showering, apply the Smoothing Body Lotion.
• Put on the Soft Sleep Mask once in bed.
